COVID Update 2021

To Our Valued Customers,

We’d like to reassure you that Air Liquide Healthcare is still continuing to provide critical care services across the country, and is available to provide ongoing support to all of our patients, partners and customers during these continued unprecedented times. 

We are still monitoring the COVID-19 situation across the country and following the restrictions put in place by the Australian Government, providing an environment as safe as possible for our patients, customers and staff members.  

As a part of our risk management plan, the following important measures have been implemented to stay ahead of the curve:

  • Our screening measures introduced last year in the beginning of the pandemic, have now become a baseline standard procedure.  
  • For the welfare of our employees, we have introduced a new Mobile Working Policy to enable our team the flexibility to work remotely, ensuring we are able to continue to deliver our customers needs.  
  • We are continuing to have frequent discussions with our critical suppliers to ensure we are covered should there be an escalation of COVID-19 in Australia.

Continuity of supply:

  • Air Liquide Healthcare has comprehensive Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management Plans for all of our facilities. 
  • Across Australia the Air Liquide Group has 6 cylinder filling sites and 4 Air Separation Units. We have strong, tested, contingency risk mitigation plans in place, to ensure Continuity of Supply nationwide.   

Air Liquide Healthcare is committed to providing compassionate care and extraordinary service to all of our patients, partners and customers.

We would also like to extend a sincere thank you to the courageous frontline staff across the country who are helping those affected by COVID-19 and keeping the rest of us safe and protected.
